Tasty Bar Vibes

The Squirrels Nest bar was the highlight of my stay! Leo was awesome at making everyone feel welcome and suggested the best drinks. I loved starting my mornings there with a light continental breakfast featuring fresh orange juice, toast, and delicious fruit, all while overlooking the stunning ocean view. Cozy Rooms with a View

I was pleasantly surprised by the room I stayed in at Mata Rocks Resort. Initially, I saw outdated photos during booking, but upon arrival, I found my bathroom beautifully remodeled! The spacious room had everything I needed, including a fridge to store my drinks, and from my balcony, I could enjoy amazing views of the water. It was perfect for enjoying sunrises and occasional dolphin sightings!

Refreshing Poolside Relaxation

The pool at Mata Rocks Resort is simply good! It was a great place to unwind after a day of exploring. I loved lounging on the pool chairs with an amazing view of the beach. The atmosphere is so relaxing, and it felt like a true escape. Perfect for anybody wanting to relax under the sun!

Fun Activities Available

Mata Rocks Resort offers a great selection of activities to keep guests entertained! I enjoyed using the free bikes they provide to explore the island, and I even tried paddle boarding for the first time. Not only was it an excellent way to stay active, but it allowed me to see the area in a fun and unique way!

I had an amazing stay at this resort. The location was perfect, providing a beautiful setting for relaxation, close enough to enjoy local adventures yet far enough for peace and quiet. The staff truly went above and beyond, making my experience feel special. My only criticisms would be that the breakfast could use more variety, and there were a few minor cleanliness issues in the room. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place for a comfortable getaway.

I had an amazing time at Mata Rocks! The location is perfect, being a bit away from the bustling nightlife but still within a quick bike ride into town. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay special, and the new seawall they built really helped with the seaweed issue. Although the dining options were basic, the hotel has an inviting bar right on the beach. Overall, it was a fantastic experience despite a few small areas for improvement.
